Preparation of marketing flyers, several internet listings, interval print advertising in local newspapers and homes books, Residential Properties will also be marketed via Open Houses for prospective buyers.   • Sale & Closing Procedures Present and negotiate all offers with client, submit accepted contract with all required addendums, coordination with closing agency for timely HUD-1 approval, attend final closing and submit all final expenses for the HUD as well as final utility expenses submitted within 30 days.
